K12 Planet Consent Form

Dear Parent,

It has long been a goal of Cleveland City Schools to provide electronic access for parents to their child’s school information. We have that opportunity through K12 Planet, an extension of our Winschool Student Information System. You will be able to access attendance, grades, assignments, discipline and other pertinent information regarding your child.

We are contacting you for your consent to participate in this process. Please go to the following links and read the information provided with regards to privacy issues:

I further agree to allow my child to disclose his/her personal e-mail address to be used by teachers, school administrators and computer system administrator at the school for communication purposes.
