In our efforts to continually improve the usability of netTrekker and in response to feedback from our users, which is invaluable, the following enhancements were made to netTrekker in November:

• Real time correction of link problems.
  A Report Problem button has been added to the bottom of each search result. It enables users to report problems about dead links, slow or unresponsive links, inappropriate content, or excessive pop-up ads. When such a report is made, the netTrekker staff will take the appropriate action of removing or correcting the link immediately (during business hours). • New Help topic on pop-up ads.
  In direct response to feedback from our users, we have added an entire Help section dedicated to providing information about pop-up ads, as well as links to several software solutions available to help you block pop-up ads on your computer at school and at home. • Increased timeout time span.
  The timeout time span for netTrekker has been increased from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
