The Technology Department offers hands-on classes at the Star Center. We are equipped with a mobile lab of 20 laptops. We use Boot Camp to teach applications for both Mac and PC platforms.

You may schedule classes for an interest group either at the Star Center or on site in your school.

Tutorials on how to use a variety of system specific software packages have been created by the Technology Department and are available online to help provide information.

Online training on a variety of technology software packages is available for staff, students and parents.

International Society of Technology in Education
The State of Tennessee has adopted the National Technology Standards and plans were to make them part of highly qualified. When this will happen and how they will measure this is still an unknown. You should familiarize yourself the standards that will be required of you and of your students.
