The Cleveland City Schools Technology Department has prepared tutorials that demonstrate how to do many of the technology tasks that the end user encounters within our system. There are tutorials on the Chancery Student Information System including the use of eClass Attendance and eClass Grades, use of SuccessMaker, use of email and use of various network services. Our lead technology trainer, Mrs. Buckner, maintains tutorials for many of the classes she teaches on her web page. The Staff Development Department and the Technology Department are sponsoring an online training opportunity for each staff member, student, and parent 24 hours a day - 7 days a week - 365 days a year.
