eMail Cleanup
eMail storage is at a premium. All users have been assigned a specific amount of space for storage. A large number of users are reaching their maximum amount of storage space.
It is becoming necessary to PURGE the email system periodically. We will begin by PURGING all email older than 1/1/06 on November 1, 2006.
