How to Create an Export Filter for K12 Planet

 

 

Note: You must have a class file open to perform the following steps however, you do not have to do this for each class.  It does not matter which class file you choose to have open.

 

  1. Open a class file.
  2. Select “Export” from the file menu.
  3. Highlight the “K12 Planet Grades Export” filter in the “Export To” list.
  4. Click the “Copy” button.
  5. Give the filter a title i.e.

K12 Planet Export Doe where Doe = your last name.

  1. In the file name box replace the *.flt with a name for the filter i.e. K12PlanetDoe.flt where Doe = your last name.
  2. Click on the “Options” button.
  3. Check the “Remember export file location”, “Remember export file name” and “Automatic Export” options.
  4. Click “OK”
  5.  Click “Save”
  6.  Click the “Close” button
  7.  Click the “Cancel” button to close the “Export To” dialog.
