Using the drop-down list select and change
the Preferences as follows:

Autofill Alternate Grades

Select - no grading periods
·
Deselect - single grading period with
alternate grades enable
·
Deselect – all grading periods with
alternate grades enabled
b)
Automatic Export
·
Uncheck – Allow automatic export when
closing a class
·
Check – Allow automatic export when saving
a class
·
Uncheck – Ask before exporting
c)
Automatic Import
·
Check – Allow automatic imports and roster
imports when opening a class
·
Uncheck – Ask before importing
d)
Chancery SMS Class Conversion
·
Uncheck – User Generic Template
·
Uncheck – Include Comment List

Default Folders
·
Class backups 1 – 5 (not used)

Opening and saving classes

Highlight “Opening and saving classes”

Click the Select Folder button

From the Drives drop-down list, select the
“G” drive

Locate and double-click your folder in the
list

Verify that your teacher folder on the “G”
drive is selected, if so go to step “f.” otherwise, continue with step “d.”
