Cleveland City Schools has implemented the Chancery SMS Package for it's Student Information System

 This is the district level database which contains district owned data and some of the school owned data.  District owned data is manually entered into the district database from the Open District site.  Some of the school owned data is replicated from the school to the district database for reporting purposes
This program is used for entering and maintaining school owned data.  This Data is stored on the WinSchool server at each school.  Some of this data is replicated to the district database.
eClass Attendance
 This program is used in the classroom to take attendance, contains a direct link to the WinSchool Attendance module.
Grades
 This program is used in the classroom to store grades.  It includes export features for importing into WinSchool Report Cards module for printing report cards and progress reports, and uploading to the K12 Planet web site.
